QuantumATK accelerates semiconductor and materials R&D, and reduces time and costs by enabling more efficient workflows in the screening process of new materials across a broad range of high-tech industries.

QuantumATK is used to provide solutions for critical materials issues before wafer-based data is available and reduce time and cost in advanced semiconductor modeling and development. As part of the Synopsys DTCO solution, the integration of QuantumATK with TCAD products provides a complete workflow from material to device modeling.
